Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Directions

In a medium saucepan, melt white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Once melted, add chow mein noodles and peanuts and mix thoroughly.

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Drop the mixture by the teaspoonful onto the cookie sheet.

Refrigerate until set. Store in the refrigerator.
